Joined 2 months ago and I have to say it is one of the best things I could have done for myself. It is a great facility with a lot to offer such as a track for walking, a variety of exercise equipment, group exercise classes, sauna and massage chairs. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Brand new everything
Went on a tour of the place with a close friend. Very impressed and thinking of joining.
Amazing gym at a great value. Friendly and helpful staff. Locker room and steam room are clean and include towel service. Equipment is updated, and they offer a lot of workout classes. I enjoy the view of the river from the track. You get a parking pass with your membership. I look forward to working out on the balcony when it's warmer out. They say more updates are coming soon!
I don’t think I’ve ever signed up for anything so fast. I just moved to downtown a couple months ago & of course started the grueling process of finding a gym. I found one two blocks away that I really liked that I could walk to but I was told they & their other locations had saunas & steam rooms. That in fact was not the case. I finally called 8 places today that were labeled “health & wellness” facilities & various other gyms & none had a steam room.
