My family and I have been going to this practice for almost 20 years, Dr. Hershey is our PCP, he listens, he goes above and beyond, he's patient, and he truly cares. We are happy with his care, we are happy with this practice, and just truly thankful for all he does for our family's health.

Dr. Hershey and his staff are excellent. He is an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate physician and his staff are always courteous and professional- we know that we are receiving quality care from Dr Hershey and his staff.
Following a recent surgery I received a call from Dr. Hershey's office to see how I was doing and was given an appointment for a follow-up visit. As always, the visit was a good one. That is one example of Dr. Hershey tracking his patients and the care that he gives.
Dr. Hershey takes his time and listens. He is very thorough and very personable.
Dr. Hershey is amazing! I lucked out by randomly selecting him as my PCP when I first moved to Lancaster County. When I see him, I get his full attention and never feel rush which I greatly appreciate! He's a great educator and addresses all concerns before I leave the office. He is now the PCP for my husband and 4 month old daughter. We highly recommend Dr. Hershey! :)
i called today (8/12/2016) asking if the doctor was accepting new Medicare patients and was told he was. I told the office I was making this appointment on behalf of my brother who is mentally slow.They took all the information and said the doctor would review it and get back to me with a date and time . Five minutes after I hung up the nurse called my brother and told him Dr Hershey was not accepting new patients. So much for compassion
