Curtis is an extremely knowledgeable home inspector. He really understands the difference between a minor item and a major concern. He has done several inspections for me on many properties, it always does exactly what I need him to do. He understands so much of the residential building industry because of his personal experience. You should hire Curtis any chance you get. He is an excellent home inspector.
Curtis did my home inspection 4 years ago. I just went under contract on my home & wow, so much was missed on my inspection. NONE of the electrical was wired correctly. I’m having to replace all of it! The PSI was so high it caused my water heater to leak, I’m having to replace the entire water heater now because the pressure being 2 times the limit wasn’t caught. My home was a flip so all of this had been freshly done & should have easily been seen.
