These are the only people we use from now on. Responds immediately. Great work on air conditioning unit. Reasonably priced for the service provided.
Started my in floor heating and then just because I let someone else do the mini splits they got their feelings hurt wouldn’t come back would not recommend for anything.
Came home to a hot house yesterday and called Curtis Heating & Cooling immediately. Danielle answered the phone and was so incredibly helpful. She told me what to do and it worked! She was so sweet to me and genuinely cared! I'm a very happy customer!!!!!
I called Curtis to come out and look at my mini-split, it was dripping condensation and needed charged with refrigerant. The tech was professional and courteous. The reason, I only gave 1 star is because of the billing. I was told that the cost would be $311. I paid it at the time of service, but when they billed my account, it was $325, the price difference was for a service fee for a card. They have a $225 service fee and I shouldn't be charged additionally for using a debit card. And especially $15! That seems very excess... read more
