Started my in floor heating and then just because I let someone else do the mini splits they got their feelings hurt wouldn’t come back would not recommend for anything.
Came home to a hot house yesterday and called Curtis Heating & Cooling immediately. Danielle answered the phone and was so incredibly helpful. She told me what to do and it worked! She was so sweet to me and genuinely cared! I'm a very happy customer!!!!!
I called Curtis to come out and look at my mini-split, it was dripping condensation and needed charged with refrigerant. The tech was professional and courteous. The reason, I only gave 1 star is because of the billing. I was told that the cost would be $311. I paid it at the time of service, but when they billed my account, it was $325, the price difference was for a service fee for a card. They have a $225 service fee and I shouldn't be charged additionally for using a debit card. And especially $15! That seems very excess... read more
Highly recommend Curtis H&C!! At the middle of extreme climate summer, on a weekend, Ashton came out and saved my life! I had an issue with my compressor fan unit. He changed out a contact switch and cleaned out the filth and bumped up my refrigerant. He was very professional and personable and efficient. 5-Stars!! UPDATE 06/20/2024: somehow my review for Curtis Heating and Cooling in ARKANSAS got moved to Beverly Hills Roof Repair etc blah blah blah.
