Curtis was courteous and helpful. Answered our questions and informed us of other available options. Also, he was not pushy. Once we told him that my mother was not looking for additional coverage, he did not press the subject. He listened and worked out solutions. He even offered me a job lol even though I am happy in my current position, it is always good to know that I have options. Thanks, Curtis.
