I used the new Troutman office after using the Mooresville one for a couple of years. I liked all the people. Service was fine. Asked for help understanding the billing three times in the Troutman office. Never received a call back. Finally, several months later they sent me a written bill. I will pay the bill but very disappointed in the lack of communication.
Dentist gentle with cleaning, fillings for cavities, and numbing gums. Very gentle and caring with our kids.
Both locations are wonderful. Dr Curtis gave me back my smile. The staff is warm and welcoming and always make you comfortable. Dr. Curtis did an amazing job and everything looks natural. Highly recommend! I flew in from Puerto Rico and I am so happy I did.
I have been very impressed with this office every time I go in. Great chair side manners and very conservative treatment.
