I’m disappointed with the care I received today. I called because my blood sugars have been dangerously high, and I’ve been to the ER multiple times over the past week due to poor glucose control. The nurse practitioner was the only provider available, but he refused to adjust or prescribe a different insulin despite my ongoing issues. I understand providers have limitations, but when a patient is repeatedly ending up in the ER, it feels like their concerns should be taken seriously.
