Great service on our fridge and washer! We had a washer than was off balance and a fridge that leaked slowly, he came out next and fixed both issues in less than an hour for $150. This is much better price than I would pay anywhere else. Glad I didn't need to buy new appliances!

I called curtis to fix a leaking kegerator fridge. He said the machine was leaking because of the doors, and that once he replaced them, the problem would be solved. He replaced the plastic doors with poor quality wood doors that are now cracking after a few months. He did a very poor insulation job with cheao foam thats already coming apart. He's gotten full of himself - I've had him out for many years too - but this last time he was grumpy on the phone for the appt. and surly when he came to our house. He groused when I asked him anything - just very small things - like can I wipe the door off - I couldn't until he removed the glass - he forgot he was supposed to order and bring a gasket for the door - but I didn't mention as I couldn't wait for him to leave. I will shortly see if you are what you say. I'll let everyone know if the first guy or the Curtis is the straight-shooter. I am leaning toward Curtis being in-the-right just by the way he presented himself, which is why I am giving him the chance, but we'll see....I am giving him 5 stars till I know more!

I have a refrigerator in my garage that the only thing working with it was the freezer. I called Curtis to come out. He did no problem. He fix it no problem but 2 days later the same problem happened. I call Curtis to come back out since he gave me a garanteee. Anyways, he came out and charge me $50 to fix it again. I refuse to pay him this because his contract stated that there would no charge for the service call or the part. He wouldn't leave if I didn't give him the money. He was very argumentative.
