He is kind and caring. He listens to my concerns and doesn't blow off anything that seems minor, but addresses everything. He’s not in a hurry; and I also like that I can get in to see him when I need to do so. I trust him implicitly. His nursing staff & receptionists are exceptional too.
Every time I come and visit dr. Carter I always get polite service from the nurses and I always get tell polite an accurate service from Doctor Carter himself. I have never had any problems seeing the doctor or even getting an appointment with dr. Carter I've always had accurate time to get in for an appointment an accurate time getting done with my appointment
I have been coming to Carter for about 5 years he is amazing
