Mr. Jim the owner and his so called sales guy Kevin are the rudest ever. Recently had the worst experience with this company. Would have loved to do business with such a local company, but these two males are so unprofessional and rude, so I would much rather take my business else where. If you cant handle your business maybe you should find someone to assist the two of you. You only got 1 star because I had to. There should actually be an option to give this company a negative star.
The installation itself was fine. The issue arose when the installers broke our fridge’s handle and tried to glue it back together. Once they left we opened the fridge and the handle separated completely. We raised this issue with Curtis carpet and they blamed the movers that moved the furniture on the house. No movers were hired or present during the installation. I am positive of this since I was in the house at all times and saw all the workers that came in.
