Very kind and thorough
THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT. FIRST, I FOUND THE OFFICE AREA CLEAN, AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE APPOINTMENT WENT AS SCHEDULED, ON TIME, WITH MINIMUM WAITING. DR. BANISTER WAS A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH. SHE PAID ATTENTION TO ALL MY QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. DR. BANISTER HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY, AND BEDSIDE MANNERS. WOULD RECOMMEND DR. BANISTER TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
Dr. Banister herself is very kind, seems like she truly cares about her patients and what goes on. However the ladies at the front desk are just plain out rude. While I was standing at the desk checking in, the lady I was dealing with was very rude about a past payment that needed to be made and she also had someone on hold and rolled her eyes and hung up on that person. I was very hesitant to go to the doctor for a check up during a pandemic, but I needed my medication refilled and I was very unhappy with my previous provider. I was so glad I switched. The staff was very professional and so safe and I liked Dr Bannister so much. She listened to my concerns and is very caring. I’ve already recommended her to several people I know.
Dr. Dewitt has been my doctor for several years. In addition to annual checkups, I've gone to see her for several other medical conditions. She listens well, has a good "bedside manner" and is quick to diagnose and treat my medical problems or refer me to an appropriate specialist. I feel very blessed to have her as my GP. I highly recommend her. There have been times when I had to sit and wait beyond my appointment time and there have been occasions when the front desk staff was not very cordial, but those were exceptions. ... read more
