I go to Curtis Behavioral Health, and I have had a positive experience with the staff, Mr. Curtis, and Mrs. Jennifer. I feel like I am making real progress. It may not be happening as fast as others might expect, but within myself, I know I am moving in the right direction. I especially notice the progress in my home and family life. It was just an initial meeting, but everyone was polite and professional. Very informative and productive visit.
1st Time using this clinic, but everything so far has been super easy. From calling to get the appointment, to filling out the online forms, and then them calling with multiple updates to remind me of my visit, this has been a super easy experience. I was greeted by 3 amazing front desk staff, that were all super friendly and welcoming. Got my final new paperwork finished up easily for my appointment with no trouble. If this review were based solely on my care with Mr. Curtis and Ms. Moore, I would give five stars; they truly helped me get to a better place with my mental health and overall well-being.
