I will never go here again. A little while ago, they had a huge sale, and advertised that they would/could finance ANYONE. If they couldn't finance you, they said they would give you $1000 in cash. Well, I went to the sale, test drove a Saturn, didn't have the best experience with the sales guy. I asked how much he wanted for the car and his exact words were, "Well, what do you care, as long as you can make the payments?" Excuse me? So I filled out my application and he gave it to finance. Service Department a disappointment – I needed differential service which requires two qts of synthetic lubricant and a limited slip differential additive as recommended by the manufacturer. I called ahead and told the service rep what I wanted and made an appt. Upon arrive, I reviewed with the service rep what I wanted. When I picked the car up, I noticed there was no additive used as I had requested. When I asked the service rep about it he said "the additive is already in the lubricant".
