Not only is he the greatest chiropractor and managed to heal my asthma, but he is also one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Definitely worth it.
In short, save your money and find a good massage/physical therapist or DO that will use science-based therapies. I'm disappointed in myself for not researching chiropractic more before. After initially falling for the marketing scam, I did finally research and in short Chiropractic was invented by D.D. Palmer in 1895 when he adjusted the spine of a deaf man and allegedly restored his hearing (a claim that is impossible based on anatomy). Visits were very short - not enough to find relief - didn't mention a severe kyphosis of the spine - and billing is incompetent and frustrating. Office communication rates a zero.
I was really suffering before seeing Dr. Buss. I limped for several weeks and thought my running days were over. However, Dr. Buss made such a positive difference in my life. My sciatica issues are a thing of the past. Thanks for giving me my life back and I am back to running 5Ks.
