Bought the house in January new roof was replaced, old owners chose this company. I am in Lawrence area so we did not know this company (I would have used a local known company). Took several emails and months to get a copy of my warranty. A month ago the roof started to leak when it rains, contacted the company by phone, on their website, and by email and that took several days to respond.
