Untrustworthy Bussiness, I thought I was walking into an honest jeweler, but I was disappointed to find that to be untrue. The staff are nice, but there gold price for scrap is incorrect, I was given $18 per gram on my 14k scrap jewelry I brought in when 14k is currently $35 12/17/20. While she was writing the check I confronted her with the correct current scrap price on google of $35 per gram on 14k, not $18 per gram I was given, she claimed that my google search of current 14k scrap price was incorrect. Elizabeth and Charles were absolutely amazing at picking out what kind of band and setting that would look best with the stone and my skin coloring. When I went to pick it up, I fell in love with the ring instantly. I can’t thank them enough for the beautiful work they did and for making me a happy gal! 😄
