They won’t stand by their product. Had and issue with a weight distribution system becoming deformed after a few years (less than 4) of service 2,000 under its max capacity and they say it’s “discontinued” and it’s wear. My only option is to buy a whole new kit. My advise is the buy from another manufacturer that builds them better.
I have had my Curt Q20 for 10 years. Best hitch I have had.
