Not Recommended! It's clear that the other "Anonymous" reviews were written by the builder because he built most of the homes in our neighborhood and we've had nothing but problems. Aside from a cracked basement, the greatest issue has been due to his failure to insulate one of our exterior walls resulting in ice damns and interior leaks to the ceiling of an open floor plan. Gezotis Construction Gezotis Construction is an excellent construction company - Kurt does a fantastic job - beautiful work inside and out. New homes on the Ranch Golf Course are awesome.
Love my house! I had a medium sized house built 8 years ago by Gezotis Builders. We love it as much today as the day we moved in. Curt suggested models that were priced right for us and was always available to answer questions. Woodwork is great - mantel, pillars in the dining room entry way, staircase and trim above the doorways are favorites.
Beautiful work! High quality beautiful work offered by this builder. His plans are one of a kind. No job too big or too small. Very original ideas. You will pay a fair price however you get what you pay for. Homes, additions, remodels.......the possibilities are endless.
