Very disappointing experience at Curry Up Indian Restaurant on Memorial while picking up a Skip delivery order. My scheduled pickup time was 7:34 PM, but I was kept waiting for around 25 minutes without any proper communication or apology. As a delivery driver, unnecessary delays like this directly affect our ratings, earnings, and the customer’s experience. The food was good but it lacked the immense flavor you'd expect in Indian food. The service was poor. I was asked to put my plate into the tray and throw the food into the garbage, while the cashier lady just stood there, then, when I went to pay, she didn't even know what we ordered because the order was taken by a different person and billing was at the end.
