I recently brought my 2020 Toyota Sienna to Curry Toyota to repair a snapped sliding door cable assembly. This was the second time I’ve had this exact issue (the other side failed last year), and both times the service advisors mentioned it is a known problem with this vehicle model. When I called to schedule this appointment, I explained the issue clearly and noted that the exact same repair was done previously. If a manager isn’t IN OFFICE for the booking department everyday, then Mr. Curry himself should be there. It’s bad practice. If I call on a Saturday and ask to speak to a manager. They should be right there. Not “working remote”.

I purchased a new toyota rav4 from curry toyota, other than the wait time for my new vehicle [no fault of curry] the entire process went pretty smoothly. There was no pressure to purchase dealer add-ons, no dealer up charges,and no pressure from the financial dept. I was also able to shave a discount off the MSRP. DO NOT TRUST sales manager John Carbone. He will tell you one thing and later deny he even said it. The man has no conscience. And be careful of some of the sales reps.
