Mom had Covid and they refused to treat her. They sent her back worse than when she was admitted. She has dementia and we had to take her to Sutter to get proper care. We will not use this hospital again if we can avoid it.
Rushed in on an ambulance with a severe break, waited 20 mins for a doctor and any form of medication. They then lost the paperwork they were supposed to send to the hospital I went to for surgery. The nursing staff was beyond inept and I'm beyond thankful I didn't have to stay there for any kind of procedure.
