My husband has been on suboxone for well over a year, he's been clean with no thoughts of relapse. He is on program from another state for his prescription, but the doctor makes appointments and never makes face or gives him his prescriptions, he's out and when he's out, the withdrawals are bad, he's shaky, legs hurts, and he doesn't feel good. We came in first thing for a blood draw for my autistic son. He usually can't handle going into this building but he did great this time. We wait for 40 mins and he was starting to get restless. Was told by 1 tech that he was next. Next thing I know someone comes rushing out to the front desk, flashing my sons orders at the front desk and then I'm told ooops no physician signature, sorry. The absolute worst people you will ever meet
My parents had an extremely alarming experience at this facility. My father, a patient exhibiting clear signs of sepsis was turned away on more than one occasion, despite the urgency of his condition. Sepsis is a medical emergency, and delaying treatment can have fatal consequences. The lack of care, concern, and proper medical judgment shown by the staff is deeply troubling. Thankfully, my mother did not listen, and drove three hours away, where he was admitted and treated immediately and remains in serious condition. This ... read more
This is the absolute worst place to go. They apparently updated their system back in August and they failed to get the right address for my bill when I live out of state they sent the bill to an address in Brookings that wasn't even listed on our paperwork! Not to mention our insurance is in Arizona!!! And now our bill has been sent to collections. They even claimed they called but no message was even left because" legally they can't release information" um you can't even leave a message asking to call back? I never received... read more
