I have recommended this complex to several people. It is a reasonably priced complex that is safe and attentive. I have been here over a year and have never worried about coming home or being away. Elizabeth was amazing getting me approved and walking through the process and was open and responsive to what was needed and expectations. I ran into 1 hiccup when I got my keys but they made it smooth and removed stress. The move in process was smooth and quick, and they tend to service requests promptly, so the apartment complex is overall quite livable. However, there are some drawbacks. For one, there are no public laundry facilities for residents. You can rent a unit for $75/month, but we've been on the waiting list for three months now, which is a bit inconvenient. Hailey went above and beyond to help me secure an apartment. The market for apartments in Abilene is very competitive right now and I had some hiccups that Hailey helped me navigate thru.
