Im not impressed on how this company conducts there business. I used there septic pump out service until they done a No call/No show. I made my appointment a week in advance and was patient enough to wait for them instead of finding somebody else. I called them for a explanation and was told I wasn't scheduled. It seems like if the right person is out of the office for the day they let a monkey do the scheduling. In my book a No Call/No Show is means for immediate termination. Great group of people around there really helpful and respectful
Just paid FOURTY FIVE DOLLARS to have a shop guy walk through my trailer with a blow gun. Trailer was very clean, but needed it done to haul food grade. Took less than 15 minutes. I just paid a dollar less than that in Bolingbrook to have a drive tire dismounted and plug/patched! Totally unreasonable, and I will NEVER be back!
