Picked out floor for my bathroom in September, they came and measured the floor and never heard back from them. Went a month later to store, said they would get right back to me with estimate, as of today 1-1-21 have no heard from them. If job was to small for them, they should just speak up and let people know instead of ignoring them. This has happened to another friend of mine also. I would rate them 0 stars.

Ben has a showroom that will impress anyone with more options then you thought were possible, and if for some reason he does not have it, he will find it. After finalizing what we wanted and his suggestions, his polite and talented installation crew showed up on time, and installed the flooring very professionally and timely. We needed some carpet pad replaced- and Ben and his crew were great. He was able to get us scheduled in a few days-and they did an excellent job with the pad and getting the carpet back in place. We highly recommended Ben and his crew for your flooring needs.
