This was my favorite spot in Austin, and now that I live in Houston, it's a must-visit every time I return. The people are great, and the food is incredible.
Amazing authentic taste! Try the plates
The lamb curry was delicious. Just the right amount of spice and every bite was flavor packed. The lamb was very tender...all around excellent.
The food here isn’t “bad,” but it’s not anywhere near 5 stars. I love salty food but their curries were far too salty (the only restaurant I’ve ever been to where I’ve said that; including McDonalds). The korma was not sweet, the samosas were seasoned weird (unlike any samosas I’ve ever had), the garlic naan was pretty decent, the rice was excellent, and the butter chicken was a solid 7/10 (but still too salty). One of the best mutton biryanis I’ve ever had. The aroma was incredible and every bite was full of deep, authentic flavor.
