My second time, and now I remember why I waited so long to come back. Food was over salted and not spiced well. Also did not get the heat level I requested. Not coming back for a third mistake.
The atmosphere is very chic and the food and service was great and speedy!
Don’t let the smell of the restaurant fool you, the food doesn’t really have much flavor. I’ll just say that the food itself was bland. Like very bland. I’ve had my fair share of briyani, and I feel like that’s a good indicator of whether a place is going to be good or not. Got the mixed protein briyani and that just tasted like rice with some Indian tears from how their dishes lacked flavor. At least the naan was good, but idk how you can really mess that up.
We order takeout daily for the whole office
We stumbled upon this place while walking around and had to try it even though we weren’t really “hungry” since I’ve seen it a few times on social media. We sat on the street patio and were greeted quickly by our friendly server who checked on us often. We tried the panipuri, little shells filled with potatoes, chick peas and spices that you pour a herb flavored water into and pop into your mouth.
