Nice courtesy service. My truck was in for service for 6 days. The local rental car company didn't have any car rental, so I was without a car for 6 days, which was a big inconvenience.
John was very nice and extremely helpful. I did not feel pressured to buy at all. Very happy with my new Encore.
First visit!! Everyone was beyond courteous. I definitely felt like I was a priority and my son's vehicle needs mattered! Riley, the service technician, placed special emphasis on understanding the correct psi of air desired for his truck tires. (He has huge tires) While Bob made sure my coupon was honored as discussed!
I appreciate all of the care that was taken to get our car into good shape. It is our only vehicle and reliable transportation is very important to us. With the cold weather, several things needed to be corrected. It was discovered and taken care of all in one day. Thank you very much.
