Worst management company EVER! – The rating should be a -5! This is the most rude and unfriendly people that I have ever came in contact with. They do a horrible job of "taking care of your property and neighborhood", do not respond to complaints, could care less about your suggestions or opinions, and just want to take your money! They need Section 8 housing vouchers and Carports – The Briarcliff Point Studios are good for people who just want to live in a small studio-size apartment but if you are looking for something more spacious I suggest you look into a larger apartment complex. The maintenance is not bad but needs more workers during the day, there never seems to be enough help with all the maintence requests.
