This is a saga. This could have been one star or five starts depending on where you end but i will give them the benefit of the doubt. We leased a 2023 Acura MDX in May 2023. Over the course of the lease, there was a check battery message consistently showing up. Curry Acura service kept telling us the battery checked out fine, etc. Even suggested to change the battery key fobs - which was just ridiculous. I want to shout out Service Advisor Tim who helped me with my Acura MDX. I never needed to call for updates, Tim was very proactive about keeping me updated and informed, which I appreciated very much. When the repairs turned out to be more extensive than we originally thought, they worked with me on pricing and were very fair and transparent about it. A great experience and I will return in the future, thank you!
