Sharing my excellent experience with Curry Acura's Service Department, specifically Patricia Razo. I own two Acura's purchased at Curry and have worked with Patricia for ~2 years. Patricia consistently goes above and beyond to make the service experience great, update on progress, shares technician recommendations & addresses concerns. Never any pressure.. just honest, professional service. Highly recommend Patricia and the Curry Acura Service team.
Mike the General Manager and Hugo are AMAZING. Mike took care of me from start to finish, was very respectful and helpful. These gentleman helped me quickly and couldn't have been any better. Again big thanks to Mike and Hugo!! They are the best!
Mansoor's service is superb. His text replies are quick and his information is very accurate. When we finally meet in person the day of, he makes me and my family feel very welcomed. Ray who runs the business side also super nice and reasonable too.
Patricia was AMAZING. The service manager and the rest of the Acura staff were truly wonderful as well. They took care of my fiancée and I, after our car was vandalized. They went above and beyond to make sure we got our car fixed, just in time to travel back to Florida. We have purchased cars here twice before. If we move back to NY, we will continue to shop with Curry Acura! They are the absolute best.
Scott was so friendly and I valued his experienced. It wasn’t about making a sale but making sure I was comfortable and got what I wanted.
