Ordered a spool valve for a 2013 RDX. They sent an open package electric part which was missing internal pieces. Someone apparently had it, took it apart and returned it. The parts guys jerked me around with promises of providing a replacement and accepting a return. Lied to me that they had mailed a replacement then claimed the manager was out sick and they couldn’t do anything until she returned. What baloney. Stay far away!
Had a good experience with Mr.Mansoor who helped me get a nice per-owned Car. Everyone in the process was helpful and detailed.
Charles is great; he was kind and patient, as I came in several times and drove the ADX. I was researching, and he didnt rush me. I eventually realized I was comfortable and ready, so I bought one. Highly recommended.
