I live in Orlando and have been going to Currin after not being able to find exactly what I was looking for close to home. I wanted blonde but not yellow or brassy. Currin is one of a small handful of stylists that actually know how to cut hair with the razor. For my hair to be appropriately jagged and textured enough to be spiky, it needs a razor cut only, followed by extra texturizing. She does amazing traditional/classic styling also. I color my own hair, but seeing some of her color transformations is amazing!
I have been going to Roots for many years now. The salon is clean and very inviting. Currin Marcum is the best !!!! She is friendly, compassionate, listens to how you want your hair done. I give her a AAA+ in my book. I am also happy to say she has become a great friend to me.
