We've been a long time customer. We came home last Thursday evening to no cooling. Called Friday morning for service. Advised the lady answering of our problem, her response we have no one you'll have to wait till Monday. I explained that my husband has COPD and a heart condition and could not go all weekend with no air conditioning in this heat. I said I would have to call someone else..she said ok have a nice weekend! Horrible service... It's hard to believe that no time is allotted to emergency situations. Anyway currier ... read more
Meal was very good
Everyone I worked with from office personnel to the techs was very professional. Small supply chain issues but the office was great with communication. Everything installed and works wonderfully. I would highly recommend this company!
