I lived in one of Currey's properties when I was an intern, and between the wildly overpriced rent and woefully insufficient insulation, my roommate and I basically froze all winter and still had heating bills in the $400 range. Do not rent from this man - his units' single pane windows, unsealed fireplaces and baseboard heating guarantee your $800/mo rent will turn into $1200-$1500 just to keep yourself warm and keep the other utilities paid.
