DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. I applied at the Highlands of Marin And put down the $400 holding deposit and the application fee. Within 5 minutes I was rejected from being able to move in and promised to return my holding deposit within 2 weeks. I have had multiple email communications and phone calls with them and have received nothing but a belligerent attitude. . it is now 90 days since I applied. And they have not refunded my money. Update 11/27: My apartment flooded because the Olivian didn't perform maintenance & Olivian didn't even bring up repairs until I pointed out it has been 2 mo (illegal). I couldn't use bedroom/bathroom for a week (illegal), yet paid full rent & increase of $500 water bill. Olivian required I pay to move all belongings out (& back in) of bedroom & living room so they can make repairs they are liable for. Me and a friend have paid $410 total for application fee. By doing this we signed documents and gave background information, which means that we have put the apartment on hold for only us to view. They then told us that they mixed up applications and gave our apartment to someone else... This wouldn't be a huge issue except they are refusing to give us a refund and are not taking any actions to make this right. Upon move in we had roaches and ants, even after they “sprayed”. 2nd month sewage backed up into the unit 3x in a week before they started investigating, ended up escavating under unit, expecting us to stay in it. 3weeks now since and unit is still not fixed, zero communication from staff, or management after being told multiple times we would be contacted. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STAIRS I WOULD. I applied to a unit in this property and received ONE contact. There isn't anyone in an office to speak to and no one knows answers to specific questions. Everything is to be converted into a text message that no one answers! I was told multiple times I had to leave a message and they will get back to me. NOTHING. This complex does not work with people who have the money not so good credit but can pay the rent

Not a safe place to live while I've been here I've had my car broken into I have watched our apartment complex catch on fire multiple times and recently I found out there was a homicide in our building that we are not advised of. The management does not care for your safety they care about money and everything you do is transactional

Action and customer service incarnate. I have a property in GA that needed a property manager after my tenants left. I had to fire the initial property manager and found ten20 on the internet. After 5 weeks of no action and lots of promises from the previous property manager, Ten20 took over at had the property painted, new carpet laid, and other minor repairs completed within 2 weeks and before they completed the turnover of the house they had the property rented.
