Permanently closed? Hardly. This is part of Lillian Vernon. I placed and order on 12/16 and cancelled the order via online Customer Service form within 15 minutes of ordering. Then I followed up by calling Customer Service within a half hour, to make sure the cancellation request was handled. At the time, I was told that nothing could be done via phone within the first 12-24 hours since it was an internet order and they could not pull up any details of the order before that much time had elapsed. I have been ordering from Current for many years now. Have always been satisfied until lately. My last two orders did not get processed correctly. I ORDERED 4 personalized glasses and only got 1. I was told I could not get the reduced price for ordering 4 and could not get the free S& H at this point I will be very selective what I order from.now on and will make a copy of my order for me to keep. Very disappointed at this point
