Current River is our preferred dealer. Have been in twice for warranty and oil change service. The Ford dealer in Poplar bluff has been a disaster so we drive further to get excellent service. The staff are friendly and professional and the techs actually perform the servies correctly and in a timely matter. They also are aware that we can use our Ford points for service unlike other dealers. I feel very confident with the service I receive on my 25 Ford F150.
Have purchased 7 different rides through the years with Current River Ford. We always buy our trucks from them. They work really hard to make it a wonderful experience. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. Bob, the owner, Grant our salesman and Diane, who does our paperwork and makes sure to always get us the best rates and deals. We received excellent service at Current River Ford. If you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle we highly recommend visiting here.
Would not recommend getting your ford vehicle worked on at this ford dealership. You'd think they replace parts with oem style or ford parts. Instead they'll fix it the cheapest way possible and leave the old parts in the engine bay. Just cleared the code and sent it on its way instead of making sure the issue was resolved. Very disappointing coming from a dealership. Do better
