RecommendedThe service is OUTSTANDING. When Paul was sent out to my home the first time we had a ice storm. My power was out did not know until 20 minutes before he was here. He still arrived. He literally did as much as he could do without having power. But he could have only done so much. So I had to reschedule. During the recent polar vortex, my furnace wouldn't heat above 63. So I called the original installer. While the response time was very good, I was not too impressed with the tech they sent out. He was pretty sure what was wrong but his exhaust gas analyzer was frozen. Soon after, the "old guy" showed up ( I'm an old guy...I know who to trust) and he was able to show me that my heat exchanger was plugged up. This is a known problem by the way. Current Mechanical has restored my faith in residential contractors. They were busy but set a schedule with us and showed up exactly on time and prepared. The crew was very professional, worked hard and non-stop and took the project very seriously. They wanted to do a good job and took extra steps to double check all of their work and went beyond the expected job.
