Start to finish, an amazing culinary experience! Delicious oysters with a savory ponzu sauce, washed away by a smooth cucumber gin apertif. Paired wine for our crab cakes and clams, (I almost drank the broth it was so good), followed up by perfectly cooked scallops. My other stolen bites from our table were phenomenal as well, the best fish&chips ive ever tasted, and a carmelized salmon that makes me want to never cook for myself again!! Impressive, Current.
