The chandelier looks great but the installer took 4 different trips in a matter of 2 hours to "get parts" and then after he was done had to go back to the van to write up the paper work which he then charged me another 15 minutes to make it a nice even 2.30 - This was an hour and a half job at the most. And while it looks great I question why he needed to sit in his van for 5-10 minute intervals. One time it was "the plate wont cover the hole" how about bringing all your parts up the first time?
