Update: I really appreciate the response. I was really shocked by the way we were treated at first, but thank you for addressing it and making it right! Dimensions listed for products on website are inaccurate and the sales team is not helpful or willing to take accountability. Don’t bother.

Been a customer since 2011. The system is good if you can get it set up with zero leaks. Product support is non-existent and worthless. The individual I spoke with, after many unanswered calls and voicemails, said “that’s why we always recommend having backup return pump”…SMH. That’s like sending me a new 4-site system with one leaky bucket and when I call in to get assistance telling me, “that’s why we recommend having spare buckets laying around” GTF outta here with that nonsense. I had purchased the current culture uc6 RDWC system and hadn't assembled it until almost 2 years after I got it. While checking for leaks after assembly we couldn't stop a leak at the water pump. I contacted tech support by email and received a response in less than an hour and after trying some things to stop the leak and wees unsuccessful he asked me to send a video of the leak so he could see what was happening. Wow! This system is absolutely awesome! Went together very easily as long as you don't over tighten anything no leaks that was a plus. Never seen grow with this fast as this system produces! No comparison to Earth growing! Using current cultures nutrients exclusively. So with my excitement I hope this helps a bit in your decisions I'm running an 8 by 8 gallons of system.
