We can’t recommend Current Construction enough! Incredible team and collaboration, high quality, smart, experienced, fair and thoughtful. From foundation to finish, Current rebuilt a new basement and helped us upgrade the main level of our 1915 home in SF. They partnered well with our designer/architect. Though we are thrilled our project is done - and love the outcome - we miss working with them. Get a bid!
Current did a whole home remodel for me back in 2019. I had originally contacted David in 2017 to provide an estimate. Anyone who has done a project of this scope can imagine the challenges of hiring a general contractor especially in the Bay Area. David Breslin(Co-owner) is a true professional. I met him while walking past one of his soft story job sites located on Fillmore St in SF. Shortly after that, I hired him to seismically upgrade my four story building, also in SF. He’s very busy, but it was worth the small wait. David was on site everyday.
