The waiter for breakfast time (Asian male) is inattentive and slow to provide service. My family and I stayed at the hotel and 3 days in a row his service for breakfast time was extremely poor. This is to the point that on one day, we had a 1 hour time limit for breakfast, which is pretty standard I’d say, but the seating alone took 15 minutes and taking food order took another 15. I want to take the time out to shout out our bar tender Kerry . Kerry was amazing and took care of us at the bar. Growing up in the south we are big on hospitality and Kerry embodied that. He made us feel like family. Kerry pours with his heart and the drinks he made us were nothing short of amazing. Wonderful drinks and atmosphere! The bar staff we had Crystal and Nick were absolutely fantastic. They were very attentive, personable and helpful! It was our first time in Chicago and we had a wonderful time! Would for sure recommend!
