I lived in two different apartments here. I came back because the rent was reasonable and the property is close to my family and work. It really depends on where your apartment is located on the property. My first apartment was close to the leasing office on the New Hope Street side. It was very quiet, and I barely saw my neighbors. VERY bad place to live!! Horrible Management!! – Although the units themselves have one or 2 things going for them, the management is abysmal. I cannot stress enough how a nice enough environment is RUINED by the stress of poor management.
