Tgis place is rubish the staff are lazy they force people with no health issuse to take medications.god knows what they do behind closed doors please take advice the staff need all the help they can this place nakes me feel sick in the stomach
Never go here. Had a family member referred here by a GP and many of the apparent delusions they were having at the time were chalked up to Autism? Even though they never had any symptoms of Autism or previous diagnosis. Lazy useless service. Don’t waste your time here.
Went there as a walk in client today, and the woman that saw me made me feel unheard and ignored. Plus, she told me to go back on a medication that caused me to fall asleep behind the wheel and now have major trauma from the accident. I will not be returning and would honestly prefer to wait hours in ER for future mental health concerns.

Don't waste your time. Their service is a complete joke. Was referred by my GP for a temporary medication review and before I even had an appointment, they were already stating they won't deal with people on stimulates (ADHD medication). I think it's shocking they wanted to take me off the one thing that is having a positive impact on my life. These people pick and choose what they define as an illness, rather than using professional texts, such as DSM-V.
