Asked for 1 inch cuts in steak (ribeye) and got home over an hour away to find out they did a 4 inch cut. Called and was told to bring back, meaning I would have to repack and re-ice a half cow to travel back an hour away for them to fix them. The lady answered the phone that day said well I don't know what to tell you and then hung up. I will never use them again. No offer to recompense for their mistake.
We recently had a quarter of beef processed by Curly Meats, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The process was smooth, communication was great, and the quality of the meat has been outstanding. We had our first steaks this week, and they were absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and exactly what we were hoping for.
