If I could rate my experience LESS THAN ZERO I would. The owner is extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The first experience was less than desirable because she showed frustration and anger while blowing out my daughters hair but I opted to give the salon a second chance. Our second experience resulted in us being 13 minutes late due to traffic. I got a call from the owner, she explained I would be charged for being 15 mins late with a nasty attitude. I fly from across the country to have my hair cut here - I visit family in the area and always make a point to stop in. Cuts are amazing for curly hair. I have been cutting my own hair my whole life because it’s hard to find people who can cut curly hair the right way. Dry cuts people!! Great work!

Short and sweet: located in oyster bay, NY. 1. I came like 9 minutes late and she accepted me so that was pretty cool. 2. I asked for a trim for upkeep. She keeps asking me what shape I want, it’s clear I ain’t know what that mean— so I told her a trim for upkeep. Granted I had some dead/ damaged ends since my last stylist kept a bit there. 3.
