Wanted bangs to my eyebrows when styled. She cut my hair to my eyebrows not considering shrinkage. Also refused to do my wash and go bc she said my hair was too heat damaged and she wouldnt like the way it looked but i wanted a wash and go. Its also not that damaged.
The space is so beautiful,customer service is top notch...they delivered 10/10 Not forgetting how my gentle and soothing the scrubbing was on my hair....give them all your money
