I discovered Rhonda pre-Covid while living in DC. When I moved to Baltimore a few years ago, I assumed I’d find a new stylist. After trying four different people in my new city, no one compared! I will happily be driving to Rhonda’s lovely studio for life. If you’ve got curly hair, there’s no one better.
Curls in the City Salon is EVERYTHING! Rhonda truly hooks me up every single time. I had not had a hair cut in a long time and my curls were looking pretty sad. Rhonda took so much time to bring them back to life and gave me a hair cut that made me feel fantastic! Honestly, it was a wonderful experience all around

Rhonda is so attentive. She is very kind and knowledgeable about haircare. I have a lot of natural hair, and she was so incredibly gentle (even with my ratty ends). She took her time and checked in throughout the service to make sure i wasnt experiencing discomfort (I wasn't!). I absolutely loved my blowout and cut and can't wait to get in her chair for the next cut. I have some scalp sensitivities and Rhonda was very accommodating.
