Beware: Before you rent from this person. I can not and would not ever recommend this person or his company. He tries to come across as a good person but he is not. I rented a property located at Emerald Isle, North Carolina. The property was so dirty and run down. It took me aboaut a week to clean this place up and get rid of the smell. I had to use bleach to clean the walls, floors and cupboards. There was mold and mildew throught the place.
