I’ve been to Phailon twice now and both times have been great! The first time I went, she cut off about 10 inches and gave me shape & volume. It was exactly what I wanted and needed! I went back a year later and she did an amazing job again. It’s so hard to find a good curly hair stylist and I’m so happy I found one! I will be back and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking!
Very disappointed in my daughter’s visit for her first hair cut (ever). We booked Phailon’s “back to school” special for a cut via a link she provided. It said $50, so we booked. During the appointment, we asked for 6 inches cut off. Her first snip was close to 8”. Then she kept snipping and ultimately removed 13” from my daughter’s head. At the end of the appointment, I was charged $300! I’ve since written to Phailon to inquire about the cut and the cost.
